Luxury Landscape is a family owned business that has been in selling
high quality landscape materials in bulk form since October of 1995.
WHAT we sell
We sell "hardscape" landscaping materials such as natural
stone, mulches, decorative gravels, sand and soil products at contractor
prices. Many of our products are similar to those sold in bags at
local home improvement centers.
WHAT we don't sell
We don't sell flowers, bushes, plants, trees, shrubs, sod or anything
that is green and would die if it didn't get sun and water. We don't
mow lawns, design landscapes or install our products.
We don't sell you what you don't need. We would rather lose your
sale than lose your trust in our suggestions and advice. So feel
free to tell us about your project and we will see if we have something
that will help.
HOW we sell:
We sell products in a bulk form using a skid steer loader bucket
(Cubic Yard) to dump it into trucks and trailers. This provides
you with a large volume of landscape material and the benefit of
the scale-of-economies by purchasing at significantly reduced prices
over bagged products.
Our payment terms are cash-and-carry and we accept verifiable personal
and business checks, bank debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and Discover
credit cards only. With our low prices we cannot afford to finance
your purchases by extending any other payment terms, sorry. We have
a NO RETURNS Sales policy so ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WHO we sell to:
We sell to everyone! And everyone gets our everyday low "contractor"
prices.
Our sales base is approximately:
- 81% Home Owners (Do-It-Yourselfers)
- 17% Professional Landscapers and Stone Masons
- 2% Commercial Property Owners and Government Agencies
WHY we sell:
We provide a distribution channel through which many products (that
would normally be considered waste) are converted into an environmentally
beneficial end-use. As it is said, one man's waste is another man's
treasure. For instance, our mulch products are obtained from lumber
mills that without companies like ours would either burn or bury
this by-product of their industry.
WHERE we sell:
We currently have one store located at the end of Park Access Drive,
which is just off Collins Hill Road, 1/2 block South of Highway
316 in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
This facility has over 3 1/2-acres of hard surface (asphalt and
concrete) that has been designed to provide you with a clean, easy
place to get in and out of, and there is no mud here to drive through!
Store features include:
- Ample Parking for cars, trucks and trailers
- Sheltered display area featuring all products sold
- Several displays to spark some ideas
- Drive-Thru Express Cash Window
WHEN we sell:
We are here Monday through Saturday all year long. We open the gate
at 8 am and the last sales transaction is at 5 pm.
Starting at the end of November through February our Winter store
hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5 pm and Saturdays 8am to
1pm.
Who We Buy From
We purchase our products from reputable companies located in Georgia,
Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, Oklahoma - and one product (lava
rock) comes from as far away as the New Mexico and Colorado border.
Our suppliers are all effectively equipped, sufficiently capitalized,
professionally managed and have a track record so that we are assured
they will be in business for years to come. This helps us keep our
"standard products" in stock and the quality as consistent
as possible.
